I joined contrast in April 2017. I am a lawyer specialized in litigation and EU competition law. I handle litigation matters in EU, competition and commercial law and advise and assist clients in proceedings before both judicial courts and competition authorities.
Before joining contrast, I completed a traineeship at the European Commission’s DG Competition.
I hold a master’s degree in law from Ghent University and an LL.M. in International and European Law from the Institute for European Studies (VUB). During my law studies I also spent a semester at Auckland University in New Zealand.
I have written on the selectivity of tax measures under EU State aid rules.
I am a member of the Brussels bar. I speak Dutch, English and French.”
