In collaboration with LCM Student Association and VRG, contrast organized its annual corporate day in Leuven. More than 50 enthusiastic students from both the law faculty and other faculties participated in our M&A workshop. First they analysed a due diligence report and then negotiated a share purchase agreement in the afternoon.
