I have a broad experience in European and Belgian competition law matters, including investigations conducted by the Belgian Competition Authority and the European Commission, merger filings, litigation before the Belgian and European courts and advisory work. I have a specific focus on abuse of dominance matters and horizontal agreements. I am also a trainer in contrast’s competition law compliance program. In addition, I also practice general litigation and arbitration.
I joined contrast in 2018 and I am a counsel since 2020. Previously, I worked at the Washington D.C. (US) and Brussels office of Crowell & Moring. My Belgian alma mater is the University of Antwerp, where I obtained my Bachelor and Master in law degree magna cum laude. I also obtained an LL.M. from the University of Virginia (USA).
