📣 Last call to join the free Virtual VBER Event on “Dual distribution strategies: the VBER explained” organized by the Distribution Law Center. What? 🚀 Panel sessions on dual (or even multiple) distribution strategies: the combination of offline and online sales, direct and distributor sales, agency and distribution sales, etc. In addition, the UK has adopted its own block exemption VABEO which differs from the VBER posing new challenges for businesses operating in both the EU and the UK.
 
Who? 🚀 Each panel consists of a public enforcer, including officials from the European Commission (DG COMP) and the Competition Markets Authority, and a private practitioner, including Leena Whittaker (director competitiveness at EuroCommerce), Caroline Khattar Boström (senior group legal counsel at Electrolux), Paulina Marusczyk (senior legal counsel at Stellantis), and many others!
