Panel session at the Advanced EU Competition Law Conference

Frank Wijckmans chaired a panel session at the Advanced EU Competition Law Conference organised by Informa in Brussels on 23-24 November. Panel members included Robert Van Mastrigt (Booking.com), Christel Delberghe (EuroCommerce) and Jochen Baier (Edeka). The panel focused on vertical information exchanges, dual distribution, parity obligations and online intermediation services. Frank added a number of targeted observations on other relevant developments included in the current Commission proposals for the new vertical block exemption rules.
