New cartel settlement procedure in Croation competition law

On 2 December 2021 Frank Wijckmans spoke at a webinar organized by the Croatian Competition Agency. The webinar focused on the new cartel settlement procedure introduced in Croatian competition law earlier this year. Other speakers were representatives of the Portugese, Greek and French competition authorities.
