Masterclass 'Share Purchase Agreements'

Following the success of the first edition, contrast organizes on 13 September 2016 a second masterclass for M&A professionals in cooperation with Intersentia. The masterclass will analyse selected topics regarding share purchase agreements that are illustrated by four M&A lawyers.
