Implementation of EU whistleblowing directive

The protection of whistleblowers in Belgium is almost a reality! Last Friday a new step was taken by the Belgian government to implement the EU whistleblowing directive. The government agreed on a draft Act which is now sent to the Council of State for review. The last step is confirmation by the Parliament. Do you have questions regarding whistleblowing?
