Flashback…

In November 2016 we alerted you that the new General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) was on its way. Back then you still had a year and a half to prepare for the new Regulation. The GDPR is actually rather demanding and requires you to map out the personal data you collect and the reasons for keeping such data, to maintain records of processing activities, to appoint a data protection officer,  and so on.

What’s next?

In the meantime, we’re less than six months away from the applicability of the GDPR. Is your company ready? Or could you still use some practical information?
