Practice and learn

Learn more about our way of working:

Team

We rely on a solid team approach. Each member is assigned specific projects and tasks, based on their experience and personal interest. The support team works closely together and meets weekly to organize their agenda. This approach enables you to learn from your colleagues and quickly improve your skills. We also regularly organize events and trainings for the team.

Clients

We advise and represent international and domestic companies, private and publicly-held, in all aspects of their business dealings. Our team has broad experience in assisting clients active in various sectors.

Training

As part of the team, you will be invited to join the trainings for our support team. Our firm highly values training possibilities. You will receive regular feedback on your input so that you develop your skills to a maximum extent.

Coaching

We value a personal approach. One of contrast's support team members will be assigned to you as your buddy and first point of contact. All support team members are given the opportunity to work together closely with contrast's associates and partners.

Need proof?

I have been a Personal Assistant for 7 years and have just made the switch to managing and supporting several projects within the firm. For this, I can very much use the experience I have gained within contrast over the last few years.  Being constantly challenged and able to evolve within our job makes working at contrast interesting and enjoyable. I am happy to have the opportunity to learn every day.

kELLY

I could write pages full of anecdotes about my work. This is because I have been working at contrast, a non-ordinary law firm, for 15 years now. The financial department is my field, more specifically the outgoing invoices and the follow-up that goes along with it. In addition, I often support my colleagues with typical PA matters and each Monday we have a meeting with the partners, lawyers and support staff to discuss the previous and the next week. Of course there are also client questions concerning fee statements and I am also following up on payments. Mix that all up with a driven team, an easy contact with the lawyers and now and then great teambuilding activities and you quickly become a real “contraster”.
