The contrast ruler article 2019 - Art. 7:53

Art. 7:53. § 1. In listed companies, the articles of association may award double voting rights, in comparison with other shares representing an equal share of the share capital, to fully paid-up shares that have been registered in the share register in the name of the same shareholder for an uninterrupted period of at least two years. By way of derogation from Article 7:153, fourth paragraph, this resolution can be adopted by a majority of two-thirds of the votes cast. Said provision of the articles of association applies to all shares that meet the conditions.
