Ellen Enkels graduated from the University of Leuven (KUL) and obtained a Master’s degree in European Law from the Europa Institute of the University of Leiden.

She also participated in the Erasmus program at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis.

She is admitted to the Brussels Bar. She speaks Dutch, French and English.
